About Me

My name is Liz, as a massage therapist, reiki master, and coach for the past 6 years I port st lucie massage have learned that the body holds memory and emotions related to trauma.  This helps me guide clients to deeper questions to help uncover and understand what their body is trying to say so we can develop action steps to work through these blocks.

My story: I was a mom who always seemed to put others before myself. It was – give, give, give. I felt guilty for taking the time I needed to refill my own tank, guilty to invest in myself. In the past, I have suffered from postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety and chronic pain due to living in the constant “Fight or Flight” mode. I was always busy trying to be productive, trying to fulfill everyone’s needs, ignoring my own pain because someone always needed me more then I need to take care of myself. My stress became physical and caused headaches, migraines, neck and shoulder pain and sciatica. I found that when I took care of myself at the core; a transformation happened. I was able to give more to those around me, my kids, my spouse and my business. I am no longer controlled by my irritability, isolation, or resentment. I have been there, I understand, and I offer you a non-judgmental and safe space where you may feel free to let go of your worries, fears, and pain.

Why do I have a passion for working with mothers?

Because I am one – and I’m also a giver.  I can offer a non-judgmental and supportive service because I’ve been there – I get it.

I help mothers who are givers because so often you give so much of yourself you become overwhelmed and irritable as you fight discomfort constantly and become stuck in survival mode. You often find yourself lacking in focus, discouraged, stuck in a rut resulting in chronic pain and illness. I help empower you in your process of becoming more grounded, more focused, more authentic. So that you are able to make lasting life impacting decisions from empowerment, freedom, and inspiration. So you may be an active participant and live your life with purpose, on purpose!

My goal is to help you realize that you have the ability to heal within yourself.  I am your guide to self-empowerment using the body as a map and teach you how to read the clues to find your inner vibrant health.

Why did I create Intuitive Touch Wellness?

I created my own business because I wanted the freedom to really customize and nurture my clients.  I was so tired of being confined by policies that did not allow me to REALLY put my client’s needs and desires first.   I wanted to be able to give customized sessions instead of giving the same massage to every client, every. single. time.    I wanted to be able to actually speak to my client before and after the session to cultivate a trusted professional relationship and give quality care – NOT process people like they are on a manufacturing line.  I whole-heartedly believe that medical/therapeutic massage can be balanced with a relaxing and nurturing session.

My goal is to help you bring empowerment, balance, inspiration and happiness to your life.   To help you realize that you have the ability to heal within yourself.  I am your guide to self-empowerment using the body as a map and teach you how to read the clues to find your inner vibrant health.  I use massage therapy, body coaching, essential oils, reiki, and take a holistic approach to wellness. I am ready to invest my time, knowledge, and energy into your success!

I provide you with a multi-service session as well as tips to cope with pain and stress between sessions; giving you long lasting and effective relief.  Though I can and do perform massage for the purpose of relaxation, I believe that the best way to pamper your body is to give it the care it really needs. I perform many styles of massage and prefer to incorporate many techniques to promote healing and self-awareness for my client.

Some personal fun facts about me are

1.)  I am a wife and have 3 children, 1 boy and 2 girls and a dog. 2.)
