Policies

*Booking*
Booking can be done by phone, email, or text. New clients and non members will need to reserve the appointment with a debit or credit card. This will only be charged if there is a cancellation after the 24 hour mark, you are not at the location at the agreed time of treatment OR I am forced to remove myself from a inappropriate or threatening environment.

*Refunds*
When you purchase a membership or treatment package of time with me, I commit to having enough time available to serve you. That affects how many other clients I can take on. For this reason, I do not offer refunds. If you want to make sure my style is right for you, I suggest booking a hour to start. If you end up wanting a membership or treatment package, I’ll apply the fee for that hour towards the total price.

*Rescheduling/Cancelation*
If you have booked an hour or block of hours with me and need to cancel or reschedule, there’s no charge as long as you do it at at least 24 hours in advance. For cancellations made within 24 hours, or if I arrive and you are not at location agreed on, I will deduct the time from your membership or charge the full price of treatment. The card on file will be charged after an email, text or phone call to try and connect with you.

*Late/No Shows*
I promise to honor our appointments, and be on time. Time is valuable; I ask you to be respectful of all of my client’s time. If you’re late for an appointment, you lose that time. If you do not show, you’ll still be charged in full, or the time will be deducted from membership that has been paid.

*Inappropriate or threatening behavior or environment*
If at any time during your treatment I feel uncomfortable I will remove myself and have the police come back to retrieve my belongings. You will charged for the full session. I reserve the right to decide when a situation is “uncomfortable” and I also reserve the right to decline or terminate any services to anyone I do not feel would be a good match for my treatments offered.
